Do you ever miss your childhood? The days when your only worry was to choose which toy you wanted to play with?

Ah, I miss those days.

Children are oblivious to real world problems. They don’t have to worry about taxes, bills, cooking, responsibilities, and all that junk. Little ones don’t even have to dress themselves! I barely want to change out of my pajamas.

I watch my kids and realize I’ll never be a kid, again. I’ll never get to play with toys without someone calling me a weirdo. I’ll never want to stay up late, and that is how you know you’re an adult.

I’ll tell you, I don’t like being an adult. My anxiety has made me want to throw myself on the floor and throw a tantrum, at times. Too much stress. Too much worry. Too many toys to pick up and not play with. No…
